Valentin Bentz

Global Head Of Brand Image, Digital & Brand Scenography at Audemars Piguet

Valentin Bentz has a diverse work experience in various industries. Valentin started their career as an Intellectual Property Advisor at Meyer & Partenaires in 2002 and worked there until 2007. Valentin then served as an E-commerce Consultant at Casal Sport from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they co-founded Wecom, a digital agency specializing in e-commerce, where they served as the CEO until 2010.

From 2010 to 2015, Valentin held multiple roles at ACTWEB, a communication agency. Valentin started as the Business Development Director and later became the Managing Director. During their time at ACTWEB, they worked with luxury and retail brands, helping them improve their communication strategies.

In 2014, Valentin became a Lecturer at ISEG Group - IONIS Education Group France, teaching courses on brand digital transformation and the impact of social media for brands.

In 2015, Valentin joined Swatch Ltd. as the Global Head of Digital Marketing, where they established a global digital marketing strategy and built a dedicated digital marketing team. Valentin later became the Global Head of Marketing, responsible for the worldwide marketing strategy and operations, focusing on brand digital transformation and omnichannel customer experience, until 2019.

Currently, Valentin works as the Global Head of Brand Image, Digital & Brand Scenography at Audemars Piguet.

Valentin Bentz completed a Master's degree in Business Law at the University of Strasbourg from 1997 to 2001. Valentin then pursued further education at the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies - CEIPI from 2002 to 2003, where they obtained a Master's degree (M2) in Trademark and Intellectual Property Strategy. Most recently, in 2017 and 2018, Valentin attended Harvard Business School, focusing on Strategic Marketing Management.
