Manager Quality Customer Service at Audemars Piguet

Yves Berthier possesses extensive experience in quality customer service and project management across various industries. Currently, Yves serves as Manager of Quality Customer Service at Audemars Piguet since September 2018. Prior to this role, Yves worked at SICPA from July 2010 to August 2018, where responsibilities included managing technical resources and implementing AGILE and Waterfall methodologies as a Project Manager, as well as engaging in opto-mechanical design as an R&D Engineer. Yves's experience further includes an R&D Engineer position at Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, focusing on micromachining and developing testing solutions for complex engineering projects. Yves began a career at PSA Peugeot Citroën from January 2005 to July 2007, fulfilling roles such as Team Leader and Test Engineer. Yves holds a Master’s degree in Mechanics from Ecole des Mines d'Alès, earned between 2001 and 2004.
