Pallen Chiu

Pallen Chiu is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer success, business development, and operational leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Audette.io since April 2023, Pallen focuses on advancing decarbonization planning for commercial real estate through an innovative carbon intelligence platform. Previously, Pallen held the position of Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Twin Health, where personalized medicine solutions were emphasized. Pallen's earlier roles at One Medical included Vice President of Client Success and Director of Enterprise Services, where significant contributions were made to building and scaling customer success functions and the B2B business model. Additional experience includes roles at DaVita, MTV Networks Africa, and The Boston Consulting Group.
