Jessica Smetana is currently the Head of Digital Service & Business Development at Audi Business Innovation GmbH, where Jessica focuses on the development of customer-centric services and business development. Prior to this, Jessica held various senior project manager and team lead positions at Audi AG and Volkswagen Group China, where Jessica was responsible for product strategy, product marketing, and innovation management. With an Engineer's Degree in Kartographie & Geomedientechnik from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, Jessica has amassed a wealth of experience in project management and strategy development within the automotive industry.
