Dr. Juergen Unser

Dr. Juergen Unser currently serves as President of Audi China since January 2022, following a role as CEO of Volkswagen Turkey and Head of Transformation Office at Volkswagen AG from September 2019 to June 2022. Dr. Unser held the position of Vice President (Technical) and Member of the Board of Management at FAW-Volkswagen from October 2012 to August 2019, contributing to the joint venture's status as a market leader in China. Prior to this, Dr. Unser amassed extensive experience in various production and engineering roles within prominent automotive companies including AUDI AG and Volkswagen AG, starting from manufacturing management in the 1990s. Educational qualifications include a Dr.-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg and executive education from Harvard Business School.
