Stefan W. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Stefan began their career in 2000 at Triumph Motorcycles, where they held various roles, including Buyer, Customer Insight Coordinator, and International Dealer Development Coordinator. Stefan later became the Dealer Development Manager for Spain & Portugal and the Regional Export Sales Manager for the Asia Pacific region. From 2013 to 2015, Stefan W. served as the International Dealer Development Manager, leading Triumph's global Dealer Development team.

In 2015, Stefan W. joined Audi UK, initially as the National Network Development Manager, responsible for network planning and development. Stefan then assumed the role of Head of Aftersales, overseeing after-sales services. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Network Sales, leading the sales team at Audi UK.

Stefan W. began their education in 1998 at Loughborough University, where they studied Engineering and Science. Stefan completed their studies there in 1999. Following this, from 2002 to 2006, Stefan enrolled in The Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply, where they focused on Retail Merchandise Management, Marketing, Strategy, Tactics, Law, and Supply Chain Management, although they did not obtain a specific degree.

In addition to their formal education, Stefan has obtained several certifications. In 2021, they completed various courses through LinkedIn on topics such as Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues, Confronting Bias, Creating a Positive and Healthy Work Environment, Diversity and Inclusion in a Global Enterprise, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for Leaders and Managers, Inclusive Leadership, and Skills for Inclusive Conversations. Stefan also completed a course titled "Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant on Option B: Building Resilience" in February 2021.
