Manuel Stegmann is an experienced commercial leader with a proven track record in building and scaling high-performing teams across consulting and direct-to-consumer industries. Previously, they held key positions at companies such as Enpal, Tourlane, and McKinsey & Company, where they demonstrated expertise in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director for audibene in Germany, while also enhancing their skills through roles in interim management and consulting. Manuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim and a Master of Science in Finance and Investments from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
