Dana Hyland George is currently the Global Head of Talent Attraction at Audible, where the focus lies on innovative storytelling and the power of voice. Dana has held various leadership roles in talent acquisition and employer branding, including positions at Amgen where responsibilities included directing global talent acquisition marketing and employee experience. Prior experiences span across Philips Lighting and Philips, where strategies were developed to enhance employer branding and attract top talent in the Americas. Additionally, Dana has extensive marketing and communications experience as a Senior Marketing Manager at Pentad People Solutions and as a Communications Consultant, supporting diverse organizations in strategic marketing initiatives. Early career achievements include managing recognition events at MetLife and enhancing communications at The Children's Home Society of NJ. Dana holds a BA in Communications/Public Relations and has pursued Graduate Studies in Business/Corporate Communications at Rider University.
