Gustavo Campana is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer engagement and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as Customer Engagement Manager and previously as Marketing Manager at Audible, Inc. since May 2020, Gustavo has demonstrated a strong capability in enhancing customer relationships. Prior experience includes roles as Ecommerce Consultant at AÇEI and several positions within the National Basketball Association from June 2010 to January 2019, where responsibilities included leading partnership marketing efforts for NBAStore.com and overseeing e-commerce initiatives. At Redcats USA from February 2007 to June 2010, Gustavo was instrumental in managing online marketing programs and digital merchandising strategies. Gustavo holds a B.S. in International Business from Barry University and has further academic experience at Queens College.
