Nikhil Rao Balaji

Nikhil Rao Balaji is a qualified quality assurance engineer with extensive experience in software testing and quality processes. Currently serving as a QAE II at Audible since April 2020, Nikhil previously held positions as a QA Engineer at GPShopper from May 2017 to March 2020 and as a Quality Assurance Intern at Forbes for six months in 2016. Earlier career experience includes working as a Software Engineering Analyst at Accenture from October 2013 to June 2015, where Nikhil collaborated with stakeholders to enhance testing processes and integrate systems. Nikhil holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (2015-2017) and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Anna University Chennai (2009-2013).
