Swithin George

Swithin George is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Director of Software Development - Web Architecture and Experimentation at Audible since April 2022, where Swithin has led the development of a new web design system to modernize key customer acquisition web pages. Prior to Audible, Swithin held the role of Software Development Manager - Traffic Engineering at Amazon from September 2019 to April 2022, overseeing the Retail Robot Traffic Mitigation team responsible for traffic management products used by approximately 2000 internal engineering teams. Swithin has also held various positions at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, including Lead Manager of Enterprise Architecture, and previously worked at Bally Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer as well as at Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Technology Lead, where Swithin received the Infosys MVP Award for delivery excellence. Swithin holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the University of Madras.
