Tom Evans has extensive experience in the marketing and digital communications industry, having held key positions across several prominent organizations. From 2001 to 2010, Tom served as Managing Director at Iconic Brand Agency, followed by a role as Head of Client Service & Digital at Decoder between May 2011 and February 2013. Tom's experience includes Group Account Director at TW2 Digital Communications from 2000 to 2001 and currently holds the position of Director at Blue Pencil since March 2013, alongside serving as Managing Director at Audience Group since February 2016. Prior to these roles, Tom worked at Microsoft as Product Manager and Sales Representative from 1996 to 2000, and held the position of Director of Services at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from January 2005 to January 2008.
