Nate Nead

Nate Nead is the current CEO at AudienceBloom, a position they have held since 2015. Prior to their work at AudienceBloom, Nate was the Director at ACT Capital Advisors from 2010 to 2015 where they facilitated the close of over $50MM in private corporate sale and divestiture transactions. In this role, Nate also worked with buyers and sellers on due diligence and post-deal reconciliation, in addition to drafting pro-forma, prospectus, executive summary and private placement documents for capital raising and sell-side M&A transactions. Nate began their career in 2011 as a UW CIE Fellow at Nexgenia Inc., where they forecasted cash flows and built financial projections based on precedent industry financial results and comparable public companies.

Nate Nead has a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Brigham Young University, and certification from FINRA in Series 63, 79, and 82.
