Jacob Daniel Kirstejn Hansen

Jacob Daniel Kirstejn Hansen is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in optimization and data analysis, particularly in 3D image processing. Currently serving as Lead Data Scientist and previously as Data Scientist at AudienceProject since December 2019, Jacob has utilized advanced variational, AI, and machine learning techniques for segmentation. Jacob's academic background includes a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Copenhagen, where involvement as a PhD Fellow focused on related research. As a Teaching Assistant, Jacob contributed to multiple courses, including Modelling and Analysis of Data, and served as an Academic Mentor to new Master's and Bachelor's students, assisting with academic development and networking.
