Matt Hawes has had a diverse range of roles and experiences throughout their career. Matt began their career at WhiteSpace Strategy Partners as a Customer Research Analyst in 2008. In 2009, they joined Netsweeper Inc. as a Sales and Marketing Associate before moving on to the University of Guelph as a Writing, Communications, and Website Coordinator from 2009 to 2011. In 2010, they briefly worked at Folkway Music as a Marketing Coordinator. Matt then joined EF Educational Tours, where they held several roles including Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Manager (Email and Analytics), and Marketing Manager (Demand Generation and Performance Marketing) from 2011 to 2017. Since 2017, Matt has been with AudienceView, initially serving as the Digital Marketing and Marketing Operations Manager, then as the Director of Growth and Acquisition Marketing, and currently as the VP of Marketing.
Matt Hawes received a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing Management Co-op from the University of Guelph, completing their studies from 2006 to 2011.
