Steven Hughbanks

Steven Hughbanks is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Audigy Group since 2014, Steven has previously contributed as an HR Project Manager for Alta Planning + Design and Alta Bicycle Share, and held consulting roles at Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Clinics and One Degree Events. Steven’s early career included a significant tenure at The Meridian Group, where a human resources department was built from the ground up, supporting organizational growth from 8 to over 200 employees. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a concentration in Accounting from Wayland Baptist University.
