Jatin Lamba

Jatin Lamba, PMP®, has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Jatin is currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at Audinate, a position they started in 2022. Prior to this, Jatin was the Head of S&OP & Production Planning at RØDE Microphones from 2020 to 2022.

Before joining RØDE Microphones, Jatin worked as the Head of Operations at Macnaught from 2018 to 2020. Jatin was responsible for overseeing the operations of the company during this period.

From 2017 to 2019, Jatin served as the Country Operations Manager at Simplify Reality Inc., where they led strategic initiatives to set up operations in Australia and develop new verticals in the service industry segment using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Prior to this, Jatin held senior management positions at Warehouse Associates, Inc. from 2013 to 2017. Jatin served as the Senior Operations Manager, responsible for the delivery of operational metrics and targets for leading OEM clients, and later as the Operations Manager, where they implemented quality initiatives and ISO 9001 in the warehouse.

Jatin began their career as a Quality Engineer at Imperial Auto Industries Corp. from 2010 to 2013, where they developed cost-effective methods and processes to ensure quality as per ISO standards.

Before that, they worked as a Resident Engineer at the International Sales Organization from 2006 to 2010. In this role, Jatin provided cost savings through standardization and assisted with design and technical reviews for new parts.

Jatin also has experience as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Florida from 2003 to 2005.

Jatin Lamba, PMP®, holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, which they achieved between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pittsburg State University from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from BVP Pune. Jatin has also obtained several certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification Exam Preparation, Operations Management Foundations, Microsoft Project 2016 Essential Training, and Introduction to the Project Management Professional (PMP)® Exam.
