Brian Vessa

Brian Vessa has extensive experience in the audio and film industries, currently serving as the Technology Committee Chair for TC-25CSS on Cinema Sound Systems and a Standards Participating Member at the Society of Motion Picture & Television Engineers since 2004. Since March 1998, Brian has held the position of Executive Director of Digital Audio Mastering at Sony Pictures Entertainment, while also participating as a Standards Member at the Audio Engineering Society since 1998. Brian's career began in 1976 with BV Productions as a Recording Engineer/Producer and Music Editor, with previous roles including Sound Restoration Mixer at NT Audio Visual and Re-Recording Mixer at MGM and Cannon/Pathe Films. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UCLA.
