Chandler Rich is an experienced technical support specialist currently employed at Audio Enhancement since September 2023 and previously held a similar role at Workfront from September 2019 to September 2020. With a diverse background in customer service and logistics, Chandler served as a delivery associate at Happy Delivery Company (Amazon Partner) and managed operations as the Utah office manager at LuckyDog Recreation. Additional experience includes support roles at Tesla and Purple Innovation, where Chandler excelled in handling customer inquiries and technical troubleshooting. Chandler possesses a strong foundation in problem-solving and customer service acquired through previous positions, including service professional roles at Aptive Environmental and experience in merchant service support at Mia Bath & Body and Global Payments Inc. Chandler holds a high school diploma from American Fork High School and attended Utah Valley University from 2013 to 2017.
