Dan Henry Deang has over a decade of experience in the field of telecommunications and technical support. Dan Henry started their career at Pacnet as a Technical Support Engineer in 2007 before moving on to Fujitsu Asia Pte Ltd as an IP Telephony Engineer in 2008. At Fujitsu, they provided support for SingTel's VoIP system, maintaining and troubleshooting CISCO PGW 2200 system components. In 2010, Dan joined AudioCodes as a Field Application Engineer, responsible for tier 2 and tier 3 support for customers in the APAC region. Dan Henry further obtained a Professional License in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Professional Regulation Commission, Philippines in 2001. In addition to their formal education, they also hold certification in the Microsoft Teams Rooms Solution Sales Professional 2023 Exam from Microsoft, which they obtained in February 2023. Dan Henry also received the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialists certification in Microsoft Lync Server 2010, Configuring in April 2012.
