Ricky Mataac

Ricky Mataac is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical service operations and support, currently serving as the Technical Service Operations Manager for AudioCodes in the APAC region since January 2009. Prior to this role, Ricky held multiple positions including Technical Support Lead and Senior Field Application Engineer within AudioCodes. Ricky's earlier experience includes working as a Systems Engineer at NextPoint Networks, Inc. Ricky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Adamson University, completed from 1992 to 1997.
