Yakshesh Bhimjiani

Yakshesh Bhimjiani has over 20 years of experience in the technical support field. Yakshesh started their career at RADCOM as a Technical Account Manager and Senior Technical Support Engineer, where they provided testing, deployment, training, and after-sales support for the company's products. Yakshesh also assisted the Pre-sales team with equipment testing and on-site demonstrations and training. Yakshesh then joined RADVISION as a Team Leader, Principal Engineer, and Support Engineer. There, they spearheaded process creation and optimization for a 24/7 on-call schedule and implemented standardized tracking and reporting systems for global support operations. Currently, Yakshesh is the Director of Americas Technical Services at AudioCodes. Yakshesh leads and mentors a technical support team, drives organizational growth, and ensures the achievement of aggressive Service Level Agreements (SLA) targets. Yakshesh also serves as the primary escalation point for enterprise customers and oversees the optimization of the global support helpdesk.

Yakshesh Bhimjiani pursued their education at Vidyavardhini's College of Engineering and Technology, where they obtained a Diploma in Industrial Electronics Engineering in 1988. Yakshesh later attended Savitribai Phule Pune University, where they completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 1994.
