Alena Maul

Alena Maul has worked in a variety of roles in the medical and clinical research field since 2014. Alena began their career as a Postdoc at the Max Delbrück Center in 2014. In 2015, they began a Postgraduate Training in Clinical Trial Management at PAREXEL, and also began a Trainee Medical and Safety Writing / Data Management role at ICRC-Weyer GmbH. In 2016, Alena Maul took on the role of Clinical Data Manager at PRA Health Sciences. Since 2018, they have been employed at AudioCure Pharma GmbH, where they have held the roles of Project Manager and Scientist in Clinical Research.

Alena Maul completed a Research Doctorate in Neurobiology at the Max Delbrück Center from 2009 to 2014. From 2007 to 2009, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Biomedical Sciences Research from Leiden University. During this time, they also completed a Master Thesis at the Scuola Internazionale Superiore di Studi Avanzati di Trieste. In 2008, they participated in a Student Exchange Program in Molecular Methods in Drug Development at the Karolinska Institutet. Finally, from 2004 to 2007, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Cell Biology from the Universität Osnabrück.
