Carla Harrison

Carla Harrison has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2009, they worked as an AD words administrator at Periscope IT until an unspecified date in 2011. From 2012 to 2015, they served as a Grade 11 and 12 Life Science Teacher at Selly Park Secondary School. In 2015, Carla joined SPARK Schools as a Talent Recruitment Specialist, contributing to the implementation of Africa's first blended learning model for primary school students. In 2016, they worked as a Blue Robot Account Executive at Ad Dynamo, gaining experience in utilizing technology for brand interaction and executing campaigns. Carla then transitioned to The Fresh Press in 2018, taking on the role of Brand Manager until January 2020. Carla returned to Ad Dynamo in 2020 as the Spotify Team Lead before being promoted to East Africa Sales Manager in 2021, responsible for managing the revenue and team for Twitter, Spotify, Snapchat, and Yahoo across the region. Lastly, in 2023, Carla joined Audiomob as a Senior Business Development Manager, focusing on the EMEA market.

Carla Harrison obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science and Archaeology from the University of Cape Town, where they studied from 2008 to 2011.
