Julien Rialan

Julien Rialan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Their most recent position was as the Head of Product at Audion, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Gojob from 2019 to 2022, where they held the positions of Senior Product Manager and Product Manager. During their time at Gojob, Julien was responsible for sourcing, staffing, and training features, with a focus on increasing recruiters' productivity and staffing all job offers. Julien successfully achieved these goals by implementing automation tools, creating a learning tool for competency matching, and developing a planning tool for recruiters.

Before joining Gojob, Julien worked at Groupe BPCE from 2017 to 2019 as the Fintechs Lead, where they were responsible for the fintech-related strategy, partnerships, and investments. Prior to that, they held various roles at FABERNOVEL INSTITUTE from 2013 to 2017, including Deputy Director, Program Director, and Lead Project Analyst. Additionally, Julien worked at Scalr in 2012 as a Business Development professional.

Julien Rialan completed their education with a Bachelor's degree at the University of Ottawa in 2011. Prior to that, they pursued their Master Grande Ecole degree from NEOMA Business School between 2008 and 2012. Before joining NEOMA, they attended Saint Jean de Passy from 2006 to 2008, where they studied Economics and Mathematics as part of their CPGE program.
