Kevin Donaghy

Kevin Donaghy has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Kevin started as a software engineer at Spirent Communications, where they eventually became the Managing Director, overseeing 32 engineers and managing multiple projects.

Following their time at Spirent, Kevin co-founded Swan Labs and played a key role in raising $15 million in startup funds. Kevin built and led the product development team, focusing on low-level TCP optimizations and application acceleration proxies. Kevin brought the product to market and was instrumental in securing significant deals for the company.

Kevin then joined F5 Networks as the Director of Product Development, where they managed the Belfast office and was responsible for the product development team and direction in the WAN Optimization sector. Kevin successfully integrated the Swan Labs team and product into the F5 environment and product portfolio.

After F5 Networks, Kevin founded Replify, a WAN Optimization software company specializing in Application Acceleration. Kevin raised $1.5 million in venture capital funding for the company.

Kevin also worked as an IT Consultant at KD Consultancy and served as the Director of PM for Mobility at Blue Coat Systems, where they consulted on their mobile optimization strategy.

Most recently, they have been the CEO of AuditComply, a position they have held since 2014. Prior to this, they co-founded SaltDNA and served as its Co-Founder for five years.

Throughout their career, Kevin Donaghy has demonstrated strong leadership skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a focus on product development and optimization in the technology sector.

Kevin Donaghy completed their education at Queen's University Belfast. Kevin pursued a BSc degree in Mathematics & Physics from 1991 to 1994. Subsequently, they earned an MSc in Computational Science from the same institution, with a focus on Computational techniques, during the year 1994 to 1995. Lastly, Kevin Donaghy obtained a PhD in Aeronautics specializing in Computational Fluid Dynamics from Queen's University Belfast for the period between 1995 to 1998.
