Martin Smith

Martin Smith currently serves as Chairman at several companies, including Adeptio Law Group, Cosegic, TopSource, and AuditComply, bringing extensive experience in leadership and governance across multiple sectors. Adeptio Law Group focuses on providing legal services for law firms, while Cosegic offers regulatory compliance support for financial services. TopSource aids businesses in global expansion, and AuditComply specializes in streamlining operations through a SaaS platform. Additionally, Martin Smith is a member of the Board of Trustees for the National Emergencies Trust and a Leadership Fellow at the Society of Leadership Fellows. Previous roles include Chairman of the Independent Governance Group and Dye & Durham UK, as well as CEO of Alcumus. Martin Smith holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Wales and completed the Thomson Ashridge Leadership Programme at Hult Ashridge Executive Education.
