Terry Bogenschutz

Terry Bogenschutz has extensive work experience in various roles. They worked as a Client Support Supervisor at Auditmacs since January 2020. Prior to that, they were a Desktop Support Analyst at W. R. Berkley Corporation from May 2018 to January 2020. They also worked as a Client Support Supervisor at Auditmacs from September 2015 to May 2018. Before that, they worked at Atos as a Help Desk Agent Subject Matter Expert from January 2011 to February 2015. Additionally, Terry worked at Smith and Associates as an Installer/Mover from December 2008 to September 2013, where they installed and moved furniture for offices. They also worked at PCSS Group as an IT Consultant from October 2006 to February 2007, being responsible for computer ghosting and general upkeep at multiple hospital projects. Prior to that, they worked as a Package Handler at FedEx Ground from April 2005 to October 2006, involving loading and unloading packages and sorting them by zip code.

Terry Bogenschutz obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Networking Systems from ITT Technical Institute in 2009. In addition, Terry has also acquired additional certifications including a Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Aveta Business Institute in March 2019 and an ITIL Foundation Level certification from Thought Rock.
