Benjamin McGrath

Benjamin McGrath is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and bar operations. Currently serving as Customer Experience Manager and Executive Support at AuditMate since March 2020, Benjamin has also managed San Francisco's oldest queer club, The Stud, since January 2017. A skilled bar manager with a history of overseeing multiple establishments, Benjamin held bar management roles at Virgil's Sea Room, Mission Bowling Club, and The Lexington Club, where responsibilities included hiring, training, procurement, and enhancing customer experience. Earlier experience includes a managerial position at Urban Outfitters from 2001 to 2008. Benjamin holds a Bachelor's degree in Women's Studies from the University of Minnesota, earned between 1994 and 2001.
