Solomon Segooa

Solomon Segooa is Chief Risk Officer at the Auditor-General of South Africa. Prior to this, they were an Executive Manager at Transnet from August 2012 to May 2022. Before Transnet, they were the CFO at Pembani Coal from June 2008 to August 2011. Pembani Group was their previous employer from August 2001 to May 2008 where they were an executive manager in investment banking. Segooa has experience in general financial management, fund raising, investor relations, stakeholder engagement, board reporting, and investment evaluations.

They work with Odwa Duda - Acting Audit Corporate Executive, Allice Muller - Acting Audit National Leader, and Sibongiseni Ngoma - Chief Financial Officer. Solomon Segooa reports to Thembekile Kimi Makwetu, Auditor-General.
