Shashi Nalam

Shashi Nalam has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. They started their career at Tata Consultancy Services in 2011 as a Systems Engineer and worked there until 2015. After that, they joined CMS IT SERVICES Pvt. Ltd. in 2016, where they served as a Consultant Business Applications until 2018. Subsequently, they became a Practice Manager - Digital Practice at the same company and held that position until 2021. In 2021, Shashi Nalam joined Profinch as a Manager and worked there until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Architect at Auditoria.AI, starting in August 2022.

Shashi Nalam has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Science and Technology. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including being an Automation Anywhere Certified Master RPA Professional - Version 11, an Advanced RPA Professional, a Business Analyst, and a Control Room Administrator, all from Automation Anywhere. They also have a certification in Ramco HCM Pre Sales from Ramco Systems, and a certification in Oracle E-Business Suite 12 Financial Management Certified Implementation Specialist: Oracle General Ledger from Oracle.
