Colleen Stadelmann has a diverse and extensive work experience. Colleen began their career in 2002 with GE Corporate, where they held various finance roles, including Finance Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Audit Staff, and Financial Management Program. Colleen then joined GE Aviation in 2010 as a Commercial and Balance Sheet Leader. In 2014, Colleen transitioned to GE, serving as the Global Financial Management Program Manager until 2017. Following that, they worked at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as the Global Functions Finance Senior Manager from 2017 to 2019. Colleen then joined Audley Travel as the Head of Commercial Finance in 2019. In 2020, they became the Board Treasurer for Parents Helping Parents. Most recently, in 2021, Colleen took on the role of Adjunct Professor at the University of Rhode Island.

Colleen Stadelmann pursued their education at the MIT Sloan School of Management from 2018 to 2020, where they earned an Executive MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, between 1997 and 2002, they attended the University of Rhode Island. However, the specific degree and field of study for their time at the University of Rhode Island are unknown.
