Oliver Froomes

Oliver Froomes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Oliver started their career as a Customer Service Advisor at Biffa, where they developed strong communication and organizational skills. Oliver worked closely with high-level members of companies to improve waste management efficiency and successfully completed large-scale projects.

Oliver then worked as a Kitchen Porter at The Woolshed Chargrill & Saloon Bar in Cairns, Australia, where they gained experience in food preparation and customer service. Oliver excelled in running the on-site pizza shop during night hours independently and consistently provided high-quality service to customers.

Following this, Oliver returned to Biffa as a Senior Waste Management Executive, taking on customer escalations and leading the Employee Engagement team. Oliver attended face-to-face customer meetings and played a key role in assessing customer growth opportunities.

Oliver later joined Whistler Blackcomb as a Tickets & Validation Host, providing front-of-house lift ticket sales and ensuring guest satisfaction. Oliver handled cash transactions, resolved ticket issues, and maintained security at lifts.

Their career then took him to Clear Cut Pictures, where they began as a Runner and progressed to the role of Head Runner. In this role, Oliver managed and directed a team of runners, while also overseeing the management and maintenance of Clear Cuts Bloomsbury Street post-facility.

Most recently, Oliver joined Audley Travel as a Sales Operations Specialist. This role, starting in 2022, involves supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations.

Throughout their various roles, Oliver has consistently demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.

Oliver Froomes attended St Bernards Catholic School in High Wycombe from 2003 to 2010. During this time, they pursued a A Level degree in English Language and Literature, Media Studies, Drama & Theatre.
