Tay Bagheri

Tay Bagheri has a diverse work experience in various industries. They started their career at Barclays as a Counter Assistant, where they handled customer transactions and sales of banking products. Afterward, they worked as a Football Coach for Arsenal Soccer Schools. They then joined Global Edventure Travel as a Tour Guide, where they guided and supervised educational groups. They also worked as a PADI Divemaster at Omanta Scuba Diving Academy, assisting with dive courses and leading dive groups.

Tay later worked as a Primary Teacher at School Partnership Trust Academies, teaching primary subjects and utilizing outdoor learning methods. They also worked as an English Teacher at MGi Modern Gulf Institute, teaching intensive English courses.

In their freelance role, they served as an Adventure Activity Leader, organizing and leading outdoor camping trips. Additionally, they gained experience as an Environmental Consultant and Health and Safety Officer at ALSAFA Environmental & Technical Services LLC, where they were responsible for environmental assessments and monitoring.

Their most recent role was at Audley Travel, where they started as a New Zealand Country Specialist, designing and selling tailor-made itineraries. They then progressed to become an Aviation Product Executive, managing commercial airline accounts and implementing internal policies. Currently, they are working as an Aviation Commercial Manager, where they manage commercial accounts and oversee a team of Aviation Product Executives.

Tay Bagheri attended Cottingham High School from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained 10 GCSEs. After high school, they enrolled in Bishop Burton College from 2004 to 2006 and earned a BTEC National Diploma in Sport. They further pursued higher education at The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2010 to 2013, obtaining a BSc (Hons) in Outdoor Studies. In addition to their formal education, Tay Bagheri has also obtained various certifications, including the Search and Recovery Specialty, Night Diver Specialty, Deep Diver Specialty, Underwater Navigator Specialty, Divemaster, Enriched Air Diver Specialty, and the UKCC Level One Paddlesport Instructor. They also completed the Foundation Safety and Rescue Training (FSRT) certification. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as PADI and BCU between the years 2011 and 2013.
