Tim Ward

Tim Ward has over 20 years of experience in payroll management. Tim started their career in 2001 at UHB NHS Trust as a Lease Car Manager & Payroll Projects. From 2007 to 2009, they worked at Cherwell District Council as a Payroll & Pensions Team Leader. Tim then moved to Affinity Trust as a Payroll and Expenses Manager from 2009 to 2011. Tim joined Oxfam in 2011 as a Payroll Manager and worked there till 2015. Tim then joined Paragon Automotive Ltd as a Group Payroll Manager, where they managed a team of 4 and was responsible for the payroll of over 1300 staff. In 2017, Tim joined Audley Travel as a Group Payroll Manager.

Tim Ward attended Wheatley Park School from 1985 to 1990. Tim did not obtain a degree or study any specific field during their time at the school. In 2011, they obtained an Advanced Diploma in Payroll Management from BTEC, with 5 distinctions and 2 merits.
