Alex Futcher

Chief Marketing Officer at Audoo

Alex Futcher is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Audoo. Prior to this, they were the Social Commercial Director at TI Media from October 2017 to November 2020. In this role, they led the commercial social strategy for all of the TI Media brands. From September 2015 to September 2017, Alex was the Head of Social Monetisation at Bauer Media, where they led Bauer Media's commercial social strategy in both revenue and innovation.

From January 2013 to March 2014, Alex worked as Commercial Manager at Monitise Create, working with a range of clients to help develop their mobile strategies through discovery sessions, project scoping and application development. From April 2011 to January 2013, they were Creative Media Manager at IPC Media, offering multi platform solutions across the men and music portfolio which included NME, Nuts, UNCUT and mousebreaker.

From May 2014 to September 2015, Alex was the General Digital Manager at News UK. Prior to that, they were the Trading Manager at News International from January 2006 to April 2011. Alex started their career as UK Sales Manager at Responsewave Ltd from January 2005 to December 2006.

Alex Futcher completed an AAT apprenticeship at Chelmsford College and then went on to complete a BTEC in business at Hedley Walter High School.

Alex Futcher reports to Ryan Edwards, Founder & Chief Executive Officer. Alex Futcher works with Oliver Clay - Head of Technology, Hash Riaz - Innovation Manager, and Jess O’brien - Head of Creative Community.
