Rostyslav Semikov has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Rostyslav started their career as a General Practice Physician at Kyiv City Hospital # 1, Dartnytsa Outpatient Clinic # 1 in 2005. Rostyslav then moved on to become the Medical Officer of Inpatient Care Control Department at Regional Kiev City Health Care Administration in 2008. In 2009, they became the Managing Director at Promovision. From 2012 to 2013, Rostyslav worked as a Business Development Manager at KM Ware. Rostyslav then joined Labvita Ltd. as a Key Account Manager from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they took on the role of Head of Development at East West Biopharma. Rostyslav then pursued a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center's Neuroscience Center of Excellence from 2016 to 2017. Rostyslav concurrently served as the Chief Executive Officer at Audubon Bioscience from 2016 to the present. Most recently, Rostyslav took on the role of Executive Director at Peace and Development Foundation in 2021. Throughout their career, Rostyslav has demonstrated their expertise and versatility in various leadership and scientific positions.

Rostyslav Semikov has a diverse educational background in the field of healthcare. Rostyslav began their education journey in 1996 at Andrew Jackson Fundamental Magnet High School. After completing their high school studies in 1997, Rostyslav enrolled at Zaporizhzhya State Medical University, where they pursued a degree in Medicine. Rostyslav successfully completed their Doctor of Medicine (MD) program in 2005.

In 2007, Rostyslav continued to enhance their knowledge by attending the prestigious University of Oxford. There, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Global Health, which they completed in 2008. This allowed him to gain a deeper understanding of global health issues and their impact on populations.

Expanding their expertise further, Rostyslav obtained additional certifications. In November 2014, they obtained a certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical trial regulation from The State Centre of Expertise at the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. This certification reflects their commitment to ensuring ethical and high-quality clinical research practices.

Through their education and certifications, Rostyslav Semikov has equipped himself with a comprehensive understanding of medicine, global health, and clinical trial regulation.
