Lance Arcement

Lance Arcement is an Electrical Engineering Associate, Senior at Audubon Companies as of October 2022, with extensive experience in the field of electrical engineering and project management. Previously, Lance served as a Project Manager at Phillips 66, overseeing large-scale projects with budgets ranging from $300M to $35MM, and as an Electrical Engineer contributing to multi-discipline teams on various initiatives. With a background as an owner of Freelance Construction, L.L.C. since 2015, Lance also held roles at Dyno Nobel, Chevron North America, Monsanto Company, Keystone Engineering, and Fisk Electric Company, specializing in electrical and instrumentation engineering, reliability engineering, and project coordination. Lance's education includes a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Orleans. Additionally, Lance served in the United States Marine Corps from 1993 to 2001.
