ARTI HARDY is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Audubon since July 2023, ARTI previously held the position of Human Resources Director at The Ark Family Counseling Center for over 12 years, where responsibilities included managing performance appraisals, compensation, hiring, and compliance with various federal and state regulations. Prior to that, ARTI was the Human Resources Manager at Acuity Brands, focusing on job documentation and employee data management, and at Wilpak, Inc., where strategies for addressing HR issues were developed in alignment with organizational goals. ARTI holds a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Law from the University of Mumbai.
