Tom Roffers

Tom Roffers is an experienced hydronic specialist currently employed at Auer Steel & Heating Supply Company Inc. since September 2013. Previously, Tom served as Product Manager Radiant at Badger Metals Inc. from July 2006 to July 2013, where responsibilities included design work, product development for hot water jobs, and troubleshooting system issues. As the owner of Badger Radiant Heating from January 2001 to March 2006, Tom managed all aspects of job bidding, customer relations, contract creation, equipment installation, and billing. Tom began their career as an HVAC Installer at Bouchers Heating from April 1995 to January 2001, focusing on new construction projects. Tom graduated with a high school diploma from Brillion High in 1989.
