Joel Susal

Joel Susal is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in product management and business leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as CEO and Co-Founder of InSummary since December 2022, and an Advisor at museLIVE since January 2024, Joel also holds investment roles such as Investor at Aug X Labs. Notable previous positions include Head of Product, AI and Platform at Rev.com, where Joel oversaw the development of a leading automated speech recognition engine, and Staff Product Manager at Checkr, Inc., responsible for the expansion of the company’s API-driven background check offerings. Earlier roles include Director of Virtual and Augmented Reality at Dolby Laboratories, where Joel spearheaded significant revenue-generating initiatives, as well as founding Speak.MD and CloudTalk, contributing innovative products to the healthcare sector. Joel holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Engineering, Computer Science, and Management from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School, respectively.
