Martin Duggan

Martin Duggan is the Director at Augintel. Martin has also worked as a Special Advisor at Employment and Social Development Canada, Stewards of Change, Martin Duggan Ventures, and Curam Software. At IBM Watson Health, they were the Director of Social Programs Strategy and Market Development.

Martin has always been driven by a desire to make a profound impact on society. After 22 years working at IBM, they joined Curam Software in order to research and develop transformation best practice in the intersect between social policy and service delivery. In 2011, they launched the Curam Research Institute.

At IBM Watson Health, Martin directed the social programs strategy and market development. Martin oversaw the growth of IBM Watson Health’s social programs portfolio and developed new ways to bring IBM’s transformational capabilities to the social sector.

Martin is passionate about service transformation and is dedicated to making a positive impact on society.

Martin Duggan completed a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Manchester.
