Bradley Paddock

Bradley Paddock is currently a Board Member at Augmedics. Prior to that, they served as the Global President of Spine at Stryker from July 2014 to November 2018. Paddock has also held the position of CEO at MicroCHIPS, Vice-President of Global Sales & Marketing at Bausch + Lomb, and President and Co-Founder at Rock Sake, LLC. Bradley began their career in medical sales at Johnson & Johnson (Ethicon Endo-Surgery) in 1996 before moving on to Medtronic in 1999 where they eventually became Vice-President of US Sales.

Bradley Paddock's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University and executive education from both Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and Harvard Business School. Bradley's areas of focus include finance and global strategic management.
