Paul Ginocchio

Paul Ginocchio is the current Chief Financial Officer at Augmedix. Prior to their current position, Ginocchio was the Chief Financial Officer at Brightfield from January 2017 to September 2019. At Brightfield, Ginocchio was part of the exec team that helped transform the company from consulting to SaaS and grow subscription revenue 20x, with enterprise value increasing 6x. In their role as Chief Financial Officer, Ginocchio led three budget cycles; managed actuals vs forecast; reduced the monthly financial close from over 25 days to 12 days; worked successfully with operations on deviances; implemented and communicated weekly, monthly, and quarterly value drivers and KPIs; calculated and reported maiden SaaS metrics; maintained multiple operating runway scenarios; managed AP/AR; scaled financial processes; prepared Angel, Board, and investor communication; created the ROI structure for pricing products; and managed HR, legal, and vendors. For the last 5 months of their tenure at Brightfield, Ginocchio moved to SVP of Corporate Development & Strategy as they were not in the position to relocate to Brightfield's new Washington DC office. In this role, Ginocchio helped onboard the new CFO and closed a key deal that helped Brightfield gain data sufficiency in the UK and Germany. Brightfield is an extended workforce data & analytics company that helps large enterprises optimize their non-W2 workforce spend in terms of cost, risk, speed, and efficiency. Brightfield's machine learning models benefit from >$350bn of transactional data from over 300 companies.

Paul Ginocchio attended North Carolina State University for their Bachelor's degree in Economics & Business Management. Paul then went on to get their MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. After that, they did an exchange student program for their MBA at Alliance Manchester Business School. Lastly, they have a certification from CFA Institute in CFA.

Paul Ginocchio reports to Manny Krakaris, Chief Executive Officer. They work with Saurav Chatterjee - Chief Technology Officer, Ian Shakil - Founder, Director, Chief Strategy Officer, and Lia Horii - Head of People.
