Rashed Noman

Rashed Noman is the current Country Director for Bangladesh at Augmedix. Rashed has been with the company for 5 years and in that time has helped to list Augmedix on NASDAQ. Rashed has also enhanced overall operations by establishing the brand as a market leader and attracting talented individuals from younger generations. Additionally, they have elevated Bangladesh operations to become the most profitable center with 60% gross margins while also slashing costs by 65%. The site serves as a Center of Excellence (CoE) for Augmedix among all global locations. Rashed has also guided multiple enterprise-level projects, including the development of a new R&D wing and the introduction of CSR activities. Rashed has ensured continuous improvement for team member performance by putting emphasis on professional development and implementing training and development initiatives. Prior to joining Augmedix, Rashed was a Project Engineer/Performance Engineer at General Motors for 6 years.

Rashed Noman has a certificate from Caltech in systems engineering, an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology in project management, and a master of science from the University of South Carolina in mechanical engineering. Rashed also has a B.Sc from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology in mechanical engineering. Additionally, they have completed courses in system engineering fundamentals, Dale Carnegie, and Lean Six Sigma from General Motors.
