Herman Lintvelt

Herman Lintvelt has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. In 2021, they founded and became the CEO of Augmental Technologies, where they are focused on growing the team and products that empower care teams in making decisions for children's health and well-being.

Prior to that, Lintvelt worked as a Software Development Specialist and Founder at The Wilderness Software Company from 2017 to the present. Herman helps other companies and teams by coaching, training, and assisting with software design and development to create impactful software.

From 2017 to 2020, Lintvelt served as the Chief Technology Officer at Custos Media Technologies, a startup specializing in blockchain-based content protection. Their role involved growing the technology platform and team while keeping creative industries sustainable in the digital age.

In 2014, Lintvelt joined HealthQ Technologies, initially as the Chief Software Architect, where they built a world-class software platform and helped grow the software development team. Herman later became the Head of Product, responsible for enabling the HealthQ team to create great products. Additionally, they served as a Technical Advisor during their time at HealthQ.

Lintvelt also has experience as the Director and Founder of Polymorph Systems, where they were involved in strategic decision-making and owned the business. Additionally, they worked as an Owner at Polymorph Systems, balancing business operations with focused work on their computer.

Other roles in Lintvelt's career include being a Java Master Course trainer at JavaSpecialists.EU from 2010 to 2015, a Senior Software Engineer at VasTech (Pty) Ltd from 2004 to 2009, and a Project Engineer at Spescom Datavoice (currently Spescom Datavoice (Pty) Ltd) from 2000 to 2001.

Herman Lintvelt obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Financial Accounting from Stellenbosch University. Herman further pursued their studies at the same university and completed an Honors Bachelor of Commerce degree in Computer Science.
