Kritin Sundaram

Kritin Sundaram is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Augmetec since 2023. Previously, Kritin held the position of Registered Foreign Lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills from 2021 to 2023 and progressed through various roles at Fieldfisher from Trainee Solicitor to Senior Associate between 2013 and 2021. Kritin also contributed as Legal Secondee at VMware, providing extensive legal support for business operations in the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics. Additional experience includes a legal secondment for a global financial services company, advising on cross-border litigation and regulatory interactions, alongside founding Entreisa Limited, which focused on soft skills development workshops for young students. Kritin holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Warwick and completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at Kaplan Law School.
