Karthik Murali

Karthik Murali has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Karthik worked as a Software Engineer at Infosys from November 2008 to August 2009, where they were responsible for developing and installing software solutions. Karthik then joined Themesoft Inc. as a Senior Manager - Recruitment from March 2011 to August 2012. In this role, they updated and designed new recruiting procedures, supervised the recruiting team, and tracked recruiting metrics. Karthik then joined Wisdom Infotech in September 2012. At Wisdom Infotech, they held multiple roles, including Manager - Business Development & IT Staffing Services, where they developed growth strategies, managed client relationships, and identified business opportunities. Additionally, they were responsible for building talent pipelines, leading sourcing strategies, and managing the recruitment team. Karthik also worked at AugRay as a Technology Specialist from January 2013 onwards, although the end date is not specified.
