Ramya Sara

Ramya Sara serves as the Director of Business Operations and Research at AugRay since September 2023, and is concurrently the Founder and CEO of a Stealth Startup focused on building a global knowledge economy since April 2022. Previously, Ramya held the role of Senior Consultant for the Government of Tamil Nadu, providing strategic advisory on technological advancements and business expansions. Other notable positions include Director of HR & Operations at Wisdom Infotech, where key responsibilities included talent acquisition and performance management, Director at an NGO focusing on partnerships and project management, and various roles in training and development at organizations such as IBM and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Ramya holds an MBA in Strategic Leadership and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli.
