Noah J. Ashbaugh is an experienced analyst specializing in Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) and Earned Value Management (EVM) with a career spanning from 2006 to the present. Currently serving as an Analyst at Augur Consulting Inc since 2012, Noah is responsible for creating the Integrated Master Schedule and conducting monthly analyses of critical path and schedule health metrics. Prior to this, Noah worked at Tecolote Research, Inc. from 2009 to 2012 as a lead scheduler for an IT acquisition program, and previously held the position of Assistant Project Manager at James G. Davis Construction from 2006 to 2009, where responsibilities included IMS creation and cost estimation. Noah earned a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering (B.A.E) from The Pennsylvania State University.
